In addition to all of the devastating challenges we have faced this year is a practical one.  How to hold the annual fundraiser for the organization Mark works for in the midst of a pandemic.

Normally, we hold a big celebratory event in downtown Seattle and invite all of our friends, family, constituents, colleagues and supporters in to have a good time and show their support for the important work done by Disability Rights Washington (DRW) which, among a whole lot of other things, has had a dramatic increase in demand for its services including helping people with disabilities who live in nursing homes and other large facilities where COVID - 19 has been rampant.

This year that kind of gathering is not possible due to the COVID-19 virus and we want to keep you safe.

So if you have the means, give it some thought, and make a donation at any level.  We would greatly appreciate it.
